How to Series - Legislation

 

The National Garden Clubs How To Series was originally designed to assist conservation and environmental legislative advocates -- from the novice to the well seasoned veteran -- to become more comfortable in their chairmanship.  Subject papers on a wide variety of topics will be added to the National Garden Club website as preparation time permits.
