GROUND TRANSPORTATION: There is no dedicated hotel shuttle service. Cab, rideshare and Uber services are available to and from the airport. Please note there is a shuttle for all hotels on International Drive, which stops at each hotel on International Drive.

Refund Policy
NO REFUNDS will be issued after April 25, 2022. Any refund requested after the deadline will be considered a donation. Refunds requested PRIOR to April 25th will be subject to retention of the $75 registration fee.
Late Fee Policy
If your registration is submitted after the deadline of April 25, 2022, a late fee of $50.00 will be charged upon submitting your registration.
COVID-19 Policy
As we continue to monitor the Covid-19 Pandemic, Convention meetings and schedule are subject to change. Registrants will be notified via email blast of any changes to the 2022 Convention Schedule.
What a Re-leaf!
We “be-leaf” we have a “tree-mendous” opportunity to demonstrate and support NGC’s mission to be environmentally responsible. The 2022 convention is “going paperless!” To help “save a tree,” there will be no printed Program Book.
