Floral Accreditation & Certifications
National Garden Club (NGC) accreditation refers to official recognition for individuals and their accomplishments in the field of gardening, horticulture, and landscape design through their School Programs and the achievement of Consultant and Flower Show Judge Status.


Environmental School
The mission of the Environmental Schools is to teach environmental literacy to cherish, protect and conserve the living earth. Local garden clubs, councils, districts, State Garden Clubs or Region sponsor a series of four courses of 10 hours each.
Flower Show School
Flower Show School is a comprehensive program that teaches all you need to know about judging, entering, competing, and chairing an NGC flower show.


Gardening School
Gardening School courses, primarily intended for garden club members, are open to the public. Garden club members completing the series of four courses and passing exams gain the designation of NGC Gardening Consultant.

Landscape Design School
Through Landscape Design School, students acquire the tools for making their own gardens more beautiful and easier to maintain.


Multiple Refreshers
Multiple Refreshers provide new information on environmental issues, gardening and landscape design. Open to all, Multiple Refreshers provide NGC accredited Environmental, Gardening and Landscape Design Consultants the opportunity to maintain their consultant status.
Symposiums
These courses are primarily intended for Flower Show Judges to maintain their credentials, but all garden club members interested in learning more about flower shows, floral design and horticulture are encouraged to attend.
